Method Slot 1 = pure recall/rote (no new concepts) · Slot 2 = one Current Affairs magazine, cover to cover · Slot 3 = pre-planned main subject, segment by segment · Slot 4 (bedtime) = high-yield misc facts. From the "25 Days Master Plan" topper strategy — plan tonight what tomorrow's slots are, then just execute.

This month

Colored by hours studied — log hours below to fill this in.

🔁 Pending revision

Subjects you've started but haven't revised recently. Rate your recall honestly — it schedules the next revision and builds real retention, the same spaced-repetition habit as the Mains PYQ Notebook, adapted to whole subjects here.

Today's four slots

Fill "planned" the night before for tomorrow, tick off as you finish — each completed slot earns Merit Points. Don't overload — the topper's advice: strong command over what you already have beats bolting on new resources mid-way.

🧠 Slot 1 — Pure Recall

Rote-only, no new concepts. E.g. a governor-general list, a small region's map, Bihar Ancient A–Z.

📰 Slot 2 — Current Affairs

One magazine only (Eduteria). Read fully, don't multi-source.

📚 Slot 3 — Main Subject

Pre-planned segment, not "open book and see what's there".

🌙 Slot 4 — Misc (bedtime)

~1hr: Budget, Economic Survey, ISFR, Mapping, Books & Authors — see the Misc tab.

Log today's study

Pick a subject, add pages read — updates the syllabus tracker, today's progress ring, and earns 1 Merit Point per page. Hours studied feeds the consistency heatmap on Service Record and saves automatically.

Self-check — the "mirror"

Every night: were you satisfied with today's effort? Simple yes/no, no self-deception. Builds the streak and earns Merit Points for honesty, not just output.

Duty Roster —

Targets auto-suggest from your daily pace, split proportionally across subjects — edit any number. Hit the week's full total and you earn a Merit Point bonus plus the "Target Crusher" citation.

Pace & schedule settings

Everything below is editable — change any number and the daily target recalculates.

Exam date is tentative — "as per sources", not yet from an official notification. Update it the moment it's confirmed; the countdown and daily target both depend on it.

Subjects & sources

Page counts come from the actual PDFs in your BPSC folder. Links open the source file directly. Add/edit/delete anything — this is your data, not a template. Finishing a subject 100% earns +50 Merit Points. Once you've read some of a subject, a mastery bar and Hard/Good/Easy revision buttons appear below it.

High-yield misc facts

From the topper's "25 Days Master Plan": one of the most underrated yet highest-reward segments — worth an estimated 15–20 marks. Do this in the bedtime slot, ~1hr/night. Seeded list below — edit, tick off, or add your own. Clear every item for the "Misc Master" citation.

Mock tests

Seeded from the mock/test files already in your BPSC folder. The topper's advice: don't chase a fresh set every day — a handful of well-analysed mocks beats volume. Aim for at least 3 this month, offline if possible. Each logged mock (Taken/Reviewed) earns +30 Merit Points once.

PYQs

Real Prelims PYQ sources already in your folder. Topper's advice: build a strong command over these rather than grinding thousands of fresh questions — revise what you get wrong 2–3 times until it sticks. For History specifically, UPSC's PYQ pool (roughly ~100 Ancient, ~100 Medieval, ~250 Modern across years) is worth doing even without a dedicated BPSC compilation. Each source marked Done earns +15 Merit Points; clear all of them for the "PYQ Hunter" citation.

Rank & Merit Points

Levels follow Bihar's real administrative ladder — every logged page, honest self-check, finished mock, cleared PYQ source and completed revision moves you up it. Reaching a new rank issues a Promotion Order.
